A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle, yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to NURTURE YOUR MIND AND BODY.
When you sink into a Sound Bath and guide your awareness to your listening, you allow your brain waves to slow, shifting from a more active state to a more relaxed state, or even a dreamlike state.
Restorative Yoga with Reiki and Sound Healing
This event combines (3) healing practices for a truly unique experience that will help restore balance, peace, and calm to the mind, body, and spirit.
While you are in each restorative pose, Autumn will lay hands on specific parts of the body to deliver the tranquil healing Reiki energy to you. Class is finished in Savasana with 15 minutes of Sound Healing.
No yoga experience is necessary. Suitable for all ages and all bodies
